Vintage religious medal marked Germany of St Odilia and St Anthony medal. This medal measures approximately 1 & 7/16ths inches tall including the bail. The medal is made of aluminum.

St Odilia is the patron saint of the blind or partially sighted and Alsace, France.

St Anthony is the patron saint for lost articles, and is credited with many miracles involving lost people and lost personal items.

Religious pocket saint of Saint Anthony with case- measures approximately 1 inch tall. In the case 1 & 1/8ths inches tall. This type of pocket shrine was often carried by soldiers in World War II and could actually be older. The case is brass but I am not sure what St Anthony is made of- he does not feel heavy enough to be lead. There is a bit more weight to lead pocket saints. This one is in really nice shape.
