Vintage Religious Medals

Vintage religious medal marked Creed on the back - measures approximately 1 inch tall with the bail. The front shows St. Patrick- the back St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York. St Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland, Nigeria, Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, Boston, Missouri (USA), engineers, paralegals, Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne; and is invoked against snakes, sins, and witchcraft.

Vintage religious medal of Father Baker- with Our Lady of Victory and St Christopher. This medal measures approximately 1 & 1/16ths inches tall with the bail and is made of lightweight metal like aluminum.

Antique old vintage religious Virgin Mary medal pin, the pin bar says TOW. DZIECI MARYI AVOCA, PA. The pin measures approximately 1 & 1/8ths inches tall from top to bottom. 

Good condition marked Sterling four way catholic medal featuring St Joseph with Jesus, Sacred Heart, St. Christopher, and the Virgin Mary. This medal measures 1 inch tall including the bail. It is a sliding style religious medal as shown. Uncleaned and tarnished.

Vintage religious St Mutien-Marie Wiaux medal. This medal measures approximately 7/8ths of an inch tall with the bail. 

Vintage religious Miraculous Medal- it is hallmarked on the bail with the clover that denotes 9K. This Miraculous medal pendant charm measures approximately 5/8ths inches tall with the bail. It still has the tag on this one and appears as unused. For reference here is a website on French Hallmarks http://www.925-1000.com/Ffrench_marks2.html The clover can be seen in the punch mark on the bail of this medal.

Antique religious medal for Notre Dame Du Puy in France- the medal also comes with a worn blue and white ribbon. The medal is lightweight metal and measures approximately 1 & 5/16ths of an inch tall including the bail. 

Vintage 2 way medal with a miraculous medal and Holy Family on each side of a crucifix. The medal measures approximately 1 & 3/8ths inches tall including the bail. 

Beautiful mother of pearl Sacred Heart pendant - Measures 1 & 3/18ths of an inch tall with the bail. 

Antique religious medal of St Joseph and the Infant of Prague. I did gently acid test the medal and it does test as high grade silver, 800 silver or better. The medal measures approximately 3/4ths of an inch tall. There is a French punch mark on the bail- I believe it is for the silver content but it is hard for me to make out what it is.

Vintage Jesus Christ religious pin back button badge. The pin measures approximately 7/8ths of an inch tall. 

Vintage religious medal of St Eugene de Mazenod. This medal measures approximately 3/4ths of an inch tall with the bail. St Eugene de Mazenod is the patron Saint of dysfunctional familes.

Vintage religious brooch that doubles as a pendant- the front says "Jésus et Marie, Ma Force et Ma Gloire", which translates to "Jesus and Mary, my strength and my glory". This is the motto of Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary. The back of this brooch has an inscription written in French that is dated 1942. The pin measures approximately 1 & 3/16ths of an inch tall when the bail is put in the down position.

Vintage religious medal of Saint Therese of Lisieux. This medal measures approximately 7/8ths of an inch tall with the bail. 

Vintage Virgin Mary religious pin back button badge. The pin measures approximately 7/8ths of an inch tall.

Antique religious medal of Congregation of the Children of Mary Medal - this medal is made of sterling or high grade silver and measures approximately 1 & 1/8ths inches tall with the bail. The front of the medal says Monstra Te Esse Matrem which translates to "Show Yourself To Be a Mother." The medal is marked underneath the bail S to denote being made of high grade silver, I did gently acid test the medal and it does test as high grade silver, most likely sterling.

Vintage religious miraculous medal with the Latin inscription Regina Sine Labe Originali Concepta O.P.N. - which means Queen conceived without original sin, pray for us. This medal measures approximately 1 & 3/18ths inches tall.

Vintage religious enamel miraculous medal pin with the dates 1854 - 1954 commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the Recognition of the Immaculate Conception. This small pin measures approximately 7/8ths of an inch tall.

Good condition unmarked First Communion medal. The back says Recuerdo de la primera Comunión. The medal measures approximately 1 inch tall with the bail. This is a really beautiful medal on the front. This is an untested metal, that I would presume to be a base metal.

Beautiful religious medal of Our Lady of Fatima. This medal measures approximately 1 & 1/4ths of an inch tall with the bail. It is marked France on the bail and also hallmarked on the front.

Vintage religious medal of St Marie Rose Durocher to commemorate her beatification on May 23, 1982. This medal measures approximately 7/8ths inches tall with the bail.

Vintage- Mont Saint-Michel religious medal- the back of the medal is St Michel or St Michael the Archangel. The medal measures approximately 1 inch tall including the bail. St Michael is the Guardian of the Catholic Church.

Vintage religious medal of the Twenty-First International Eucharistic Congress. The 21st International Eucharistic Congress was held in Montreal in 1910. This medal measures approximately 1 & 7/8ths inches tall including the bail. On the front of this medal is Jesus and His twelve apostles at the Last Supper with the words "Panem Nostrum Quotidianum" which means "Our Daily Bread." On the back is the Virgin Mary and the words underneath her are "XXIUS CONGRESSUS EUCHARICTUS MONTREAL 1910. It is signed Caron Frères Montreal, which also made jewelry as Caron Brothers.

Vintage religious medal of Saint Teresa of Ávila. This medal measures approximately 1 & 3/8ths of an inch tall with the bail. It is signed AM on the front and the back is signed M T I. St Teresa of Avila is the patron saint of bodily ills; headaches; chess; lacemakers; laceworkers; loss of parents; people in need of grace; people in religious orders; people ridiculed for their piety; Pozega, Croatia; sick people; sickness; and Spain.
