The Latin text whcih is on the medal, Gloria Patri, et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto. Translated- Glory [be] to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. Saint Dymphna is the patron saint of mental disorders, neurological disorders, runaways, and victims of incest.
