Vintage Religious Medals

Vintage religious book locket type medal in as found condition with heavy tarnish. Also there is a little tab on the side, that was probably a clasp for it to close and it does not snap shut. I am not 100% sure it is broken in any way, but want to point this out regardless. The cover of the book locket medal has Christ Crucified, the inside left is St Christopher and the right hand inside cover is a Miraculous Medal and also on the back. The medal is marked NB Italy and measures approximately 1 inch tall without the bail.
