Vintage Religious Medals

Vintage religious souvenir medal from the National Don Orione Shrine in Boston Massacusetts. The front of the medal is the Virgin Mary and says O Mary Queen of the Universe Pray For Us. The back shows the Shrine and says National Don Orione Shrine Madonna Queen of the Universe East Boston Mass. This medal measures approximately 1 & 1/4ths inches tall with the bail. It is mainly gold tone now- it appears there was silver plating on it but most of it has worn off.

Religious medal of St Joseph- the back is lovely with Guardian Angel. The medal measures approximately 1 & 1/16ths of an inch tall including the bail.

Religious medal of Pope Pius X - the front says Saint Pius X and the back says Pope of the Eucharist. This medal measures approximately 1 inch tall with the bail.

Old vintage Irish Horn rosary in good condition. The crucifix could use some careful cleaning- it looks a little rough as shown in picture #3. The rosary measures approximately 19 inches when held as a drop.

Vintage religious medal souvenir for The Sanctuary of our Sorrowful Mother - marked Creed Sterling on the back. This medal measures approximately 1 & 3/16ths of an inch tall with the bail. This medal is a hard to find medal for the National Sanctuary of Our Sorrowful Mother.

Vintage religious miraculous medal- marked sterling. This medal measures approximately 1 inch tall with the bail. This medal could use some gentle cleaning- I have not attempted to clean it.

Vintage souvenir bracelet of the Holy Year 1950 with Pope Pius XII - the bracelet measures approximate 7 & 1/2inches long and has dark tarnish.

Beautiful vintage mercury glass pendant of the Virgin Mary- this pendant measures approximately 11/16ths of an inch tall with the attached metal pendant bail.

Antique first communion medal- the medal is very similar to the People's Eucharistic League medal. This medal measures approximately 7/8ths of an inch tall with the bail and is very beautiful. This is a gold colored pendant that is unmarked for content and is probably gold plated or goldfilled base metal. The front says RECUREDO DE MI PRIMERA COMUNION which is Spanish for I Remember My First Communion.

Vintage religious medal of Saint Francis Assisi - the medal measures approximately 13/16ths of an inch tall without the bail and is marked 800 on the back for 800 silver.

Vintage religious St Joseph medal- the back has the words De L'Oratoire St Joseph Du Mont Royal. This medal measures approximately 3/14ths inches tall including the bail. The edges of the medal have wear, but otherwise this is a very lovely souvenir of St Joseph's Oratory. St Joseph is the patron saint of the Catholic Church, unborn children, fathers, immigrants, workers, against doubt and hesitation, and of a happy death, Vietnam, Philippines.

Vintage religious pendant medal of the Virgin Mary with Baby Jesus. The pendant is an intaglio cameo set in a sterling frame. The frame is marked Sterling on the top and Creed on the bottom. The pendant is 1 & 1/8ths inches tall not including the bail.

Vintage religious 3 way scapular medal. The medal consists of a large Miraculous Medal with Sacred Heart above it- the back is Our Lady of Mt Carmel. The medal is approximately 1 & 1/4ths of an inch tall including the bail. The medal is marked Sterling on the back and comes on an 24" long chain that slips over the head. The chain IS NOT sterling silver.

Rare old vintage religious medal of Sacred Heart that measures approximately 1 & 3/16ths of an inch tall with the bail. The back is Our Lady of Mt Carmel. The medal appears to be silver plated brass or base metal. It is NOT a sterling silver medal. The medal dates to the 1940s or older and has an unusual design with a winged foot under Sacred Heart.
