Vintage Religious Medals

Large vintage shield featuring the Virgin Mary - or Our Lady of Czestochowa. I read somewhere some time ago that these may have been hung in the nursery. This wall hanging is beautiful- it measures approximately 2 & 1/2 inches tall. The back is hallmarked with Poland and the symbols for 800 silver in the right cartouche and an A in the left cartouche. Old Vintage- Antique fabric scapular with brown felt back. This scapular is beautiful!!! Each scapular piece is 2 inches tall by 1 & 3/4ths inches across. The wool back is worn from wear as shown in picture #4 The colors on this scaupular or so much more prettier in person. The Ave Maria & Christogram are painted int gold and copper paint- and the flowers underneath are so sweet.

Vintage religious metal rosary box with Rome on the front. The rosary box is in uncleaned, tarnished condition and measures approximately 1 & 3/4ths inches across. I believe this is made out of alpaca or nickle silver and has very little real silver content- but as it is unmarked I am not 100% sure.

Good condition religious medal that measures approximatley 1 inch tall with the bail. The front says Our Lady of the Airways Pray For Us. The back says Chapel of Our Lady of the Airways Logan, Airport Boston, Mass.

Vintage religious medal with St Joseph and Jesus on the inside front, next Sacred Heart and the back is Our Lady of Mt Carmel. This is a slide medal in the shape of a bunch of grapes. The medal measures approximately 5/8ths inches tall including the bail. The silver coloring is worn in places with small portions of the brass showing through.

Beautiful marked FRANCE religious slide medal of the Virgin Mary with the Lourdes scene, with St Bernadette. The front is a rose, the back the monogram NDL - Our Lady of Lourdes. The inside shows the Virgin Mary and the Lourdes Scene. This medal measures approximately 1/2 of an inch tall with the bail. This medal could use a little cleaning- it is tarnished.

Vintage religious medal of St Anthony and Saint Rita of Cascia in a rose slide medal. The rose medal measures approximately 3/4ths of an inch tall including the bail. Saint Rita is the patron saint of lost and impossible causes, sickness, wounds, marital problems, abuse, mothers, and widows. St Anthony is the patron saint for lost articles, and is credited with many miracles involving lost people and lost personal items.

Vintage marked HMH Sterling religious Miraculous medal - measures approximately 11/16ths of an inch tall with the bail. This medal is small and more charm sized, then medal size.

Large anniversary medal of Lourdes- the front is St Christopher. This is a large medal that measures approximately 1 & 3/8ths inches tall with the bail.

Good condition vintage miraculous medal. This medal measures 15/16ths inches tall with the bail.

Vintage marked Creed sterling religious medal or charm - measures approximately 1 inch tall with the bail. This is a new old stock- in the original box Creed Sterling September birth month Madonna holding the astor flower. It is dated underneath the card from the 1960s (there are several dates listed). The birthday Madonna's are very hard to find and this was in still in the packaging- although the box is stained and a little worn, but still nice.

Vintage religious medal of St Joseph. This medal measures approximately 1 inch tall and is marked sterling on the back.

Good condition vintage Our Lady of Guadalupe pendant or religious medal- there are no missing marcasites. The medal is marked sterling (but it is partially obscured or rubbed off) and also has another makers mark- that I can't make out (either the maker or possibly indicating that the insert with Our Lady is gold). The medal measures approximately 11/16ths inches tall without the bail. This is a lovely vintage medal that would be suitable to wear on a chain or on a charm bracelet. Please note the pendant is in tarnished, uncleaned condition.
