Antique Relic of St Leontia and Agnus Dei Sacramental Lamb of God Hand Painted Sacred Heart

Vintage fabric Agnus Deo Sacramental-the top also says Relic of St Leontia- I am not familiar with this saint. The Sacred Heart and roses on the front are handpainted and lovely.
