Vintage Religious Medals

Vintage religious medal of the Holy Spirit signed Py. The medal measures approximately 3/4ths of an inch tall with the bail. This medal is punch marked on the bail for sterling silver or silver content. The front of the medal says Veni Creator Spiritus which is Latin for Come Creator Spirit. Vintage marked STERLING THEDA St Michael the Archangel with Guardian Angel on the back medal. This medal measures approximately 1 & 3/8ths inch tall without the bail. This medal has tarnish as shown. This medal is a large medal that weighs 11.9 grams.

Vintage marked CREED STERLING religious Our Lady of  Guadalupe medal - measures approximately 1 & 1/8ths of an inch tall without the bail. Has tarnish as shown.

Vintage religious scapular medal of the Virgin Mary with Sacred Heart on the back. The medal is approximately 7/8ths of an inch tall including the bail. It is marked sterling on the back and in uncleaned condition.

Vintage religious St Elizabeth Ann Seton medal  - marked STERLING on the back. This medal measures approximately  3/4ths of an inch tall without the bail.

Vintage religious St Theresa medal  - marked STERLING on the back. This medal measures approximately  7/8ths of an inch tall with the bail.

Vintage religious St Anthony & St Christopher medal  - marked RLP Sterling on the back. This medal measures approximately  1 & 1/4ths of an  inch tall without the bail. The medal has tarnish and has not been cleaned. This medal is a larger medal more masculine than perhaps a lady would wear.

Vintage religious St Michael the Archangel medal  - marked Sterling Creed on the back. This medal measures approximately 1 & 1/16ths of an inch tall without the bail. The medal has tarnish and may need cleaning or polishing.

Beautiful marked Sterling silver rosary. The crucifix is marked A P STERLING- and the back of the rosary connector is marked simply STERLING. The rosary is complete with 59 beads and measures approximately 23 inches long when laid flat. This is an incredibly beautiful vintage rosary that was well taken care of. The rosary connector is a large art deco style with the Virgin Mary on the front and Jesus carrying his cross on the back. The crucifix is large and ornate- overall this is just a gorgeous rosary.

Beautiful religious marked Made in Czechoslovakia glass miniature rosary box pendant. It does come with the miniature beaded rosary- that is shown. The pendant Measures 1 & 1/16ths tall. I did not note any chipping to the glass- just some very tiny flea bites to one corner. The round glass Czech rosary boxes or lockets have a bail and were meant to be worn or suspended from a chain.This is a sweet little rosary box locket.

Vintage- St Eloi or St Eligius and St Michael religious medal marked France. The medal measures approximately 15/16ths of an inch tall including the bail. St. Eloi is the patron saint of goldsmiths, metalworkers, coin collectors, and veterinarians. St Michael is the Guardian of the Catholic Church.

Vintage marked STERLING religious scapular medal of Sacred Heart with Our Lady of Mt Carmel on the back - measures approximately 1& 5/16ths of an inch tall with the bail. This medal has tarnish as shown.

Vintage religious glass reverse carved pendant of the North American Martyrs. This pendant measures approximately 15/16ths inches tall without the bail. These martyrs are St. René Goupil (1642), St. Isaac Jogues (1646), St. Jean de Lalande (1646), St. Antoine Daniel (1648), St. Jean de Brébeuf (1649), St. Noël Chabanel (1649), St. Charles Garnier (1649), and St. Gabriel Lalemant (1649). These eight men were Jesuit Missionaries killed in Southern Ontario and upstate New York during battles between the Iroquis and Huron.

Antique Our Lady of Czestochowa religious medal. by Huguenin The medal measures approximately 1 inch tall including the bail. This medal is to commemorate the establishment of the Archdiocese of Częstochowa in 1925. The back says: Krolowo Polski Bron Nas Rzadz Sercami Naszemi- Queen of Poland, Defend Us, Rule Our Hearts.
